Hello! My name is Violeta Orgaz. I am a Spanish-English bilingual, native actress, English teacher and Neurolanguage Coach®. I have been working more than 10 years as an actress, both in theatre, film and TV. Acting is my greatest passion since I was a child, it’s extremely fulfilling and I couldn’t imagine my life without it. After professionally training in Estudio Corazza (Madrid), I started my professional career as an actress, working in plenty of theatre, TV and film productions. Due to my long career path as an English teacher for more than 12 years, I am specially interested in the correct use of language through communication and linguistic development. In the last two years I have coached plenty of actors and actresses for specific English-speaking auditions and roles. I have also worked as a teacher in schools, academies, companies and private, on-line and as a mentor/ coach to prepare job interviews and English-speaking presentations.

I am also a certified and accredited Neurolanguage Coach® (registered US and European trademark under the name of Rachel Marie Paling). Caliope was born with the intention of combining my two passions into a binomial figure in order to provide assessment to people that want to outdo themselves and succeed in their professional fields. This project not only nourishes my vocation, but it also impacts and generates a personal benefit to my environment.

I have opened a window that was not yet discovered in my personal development, which includes the brain and a more empathetic way of working with people. I also believe it has a very close connection to theatrical processes, where the importance of compassion and empathy towards your peers and colleagues is of extreme importance. I have a solid artistic and academic training, will to live from my project, practical vision, autonomy and entrepreneur vocation. I feel pro-active, empathetic and with a great capacity to work with people and teams. Caliope encompasses my two passions: art and language. Welcome to Caliope English Coach!
